Cruise Ship Carnival Paradise

The décor aboard the elegant Carnival Paradise pays homage to the great ocean liners of the past. Offering acres of teak deck space, this 855-foot vessel features all of the Fun Ship amenities, from a grand casino to several restaurants, providing plenty of options for families, first-timers, and veteran cruisers alike.

Facilities onboard include an enormous health and fitness area (with exercise equipment, saunas, hot tubs, and steam room), a reading room, three swimming pools, and a shopping gallery. By the pool, there are also six whirlpools, and a 115-foot-long cascading water slide. Young people can participate in the supervised Camp Carnival program, where they can hang out with cruisers their own age in their own wading pool, computer lab, arts-and-crafts center, and massive play area.

In addition to the formal Destiny dining room, passengers can enjoy casual bistro fare in the Paris Restaurant, or grab a bite in one of the ship's many cafes and lounges. For evening entertainment, lavish Vegas-style productions take place in the two-story theater modeled after the celebrated French Normandie ship. Other choices include a sing-along piano bar, and inviting lounges, including the Rotterdam Bar and Queen Mary Lounge. Hundreds of slot machines beckon from the Majestic Casino, and passengers can dance the night away in the high-energy Leonardo dance club.
